ACCESSIBILITY: This shows the idea of Lucia's sink. One option is to do a thick looking quartz like shown, another is to do a recessed wood skirt under a "normal" width counter. Notice the undermount sink and the open space under the counter (no storage), Also, I LOVE the style of the exposed plumbing under this since (super clean lines).,
ACCESSIBILITY: Nice size (about 12" by 18" which is the same size as our undermounted sinks at the cottage) and not too shallow (keeps splashing under control). Also love the very clean faucet and the wall mount style: leaves free space and is easy to clean. It does look like the faucet is mounted way to high in the photo: would need to be closer. Also, shows how we could have a counter with the sink, but I would like a granite top with a wood skirt in the front. I also like the suggestion of adding some draws to the right.

STYLE: Shows a nice quartz counter top. But I do not like the glass tiles: I would replace with a mosaic tile and not quite such jewel tones.
STYLE: Love the blue hex floor tile: looks like something between 2" and 3", which is the sweet spot for size. Having a saturated color on the floor (some shade of blue) helps it keep looking clean. Also, I'm drawn to the hexagon shape.
STYLE: Like the use of more than one tile for accent. Like the overall feel of being cheerful and light, without being clinical. Lucia would prefer blue toned accents over green ones (although turquoise is an option).

Although find the main floor tile to be too large (adds to serious feeling). Hate oil rubbed bronze and the vanity not accessible (While I like oil rubbed bronze in other applications (like cabinet pulls, door knobs, etc.), I hate it in anything to do with plumbing.)

Like as an accent for the recessed shelving. Possible floor tile, but worry that it may look dirty with the white because of splashes of water on the floor and the fact that Lucia must wear street shoes in the house (and wheels of wheelchair and walker also get dirty outside).
This might be a nice accent tile. It is very hard to find specific floor tiles in "products" on Houzz that would work in Lucia's washroom. The ones I like in the photos above are not available.
STORAGE: This shows a (very) accessible washroom. It shows how it will look with an open are under the sink and storage on the side. It also shows how the storage area can be more shallow than the sink area.
