My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our ceilings are not as tall, but we like this configuration with the electric fireplace and TV above… With shelving on either one or both sides. If shelving only on one side use other to display a piece of really cool art.
