Really like the soffit overhands at the top.---materials and linear. interesting orinetation soutable for corner lot. Raja likes flat roof with concrete sculptural and wood elements.

Rim*--like simplicity, glass to see through into houes. Raja notes similarities to neighborhood house with style.

the combination of stone texture with the modern roof+ lighting looks quite nice. likes interigue drawing you into the house. looking through to backyard.

a non-traditional angled roof is one we'd love to talk about, given the modern vibe. Rim does not like sloped roof. Raja likes the detail with high windows and ceiling beam details.

while the shape of the house feels a bit too 'traditonal', the colors and lighting were interesting. mainly for remodeling option

really like these black frame doors and windows with super thin grids. color of house perhaps a bit too high contrast. this more for remodel option. not for new build

very cool roof design, especially with how it can let light in throughout the structure. also enables use of interior lights to highlight a structure that can be appreciated outside. Rim not liking sloped roof prefers something simple. okay with high windows.

we like this quite a bit. the dark colors are used just to bring out architectural details (and of course the roof). but we like the idea of using multiple textures and neutral colors to give the facade more personality

this almost feels like three separate structures that are brought together cohesively, giving an illusion of a larger house. given we are playing with a tighter budget, curious your thoughts on visual tricks like this. *Rim likes alot of glass opeing out to exterior yard. how close can we get to one large opening without high cost and large beams. prefrence for all patio sliders.
