My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what about a color like this on living room built ins plus opposite fireplace/bench? Very elegant with the high ceilings and large view windows... Tons of light so it would not make everything dark with adjacent soft white walls. Correlates with exterior.

Maybe just focus on a beautiful living area, neutralize all walls, refinish floors, new roof, exterior wash and black paint, windows and let buyers be inspired to do the rest??
