just like the layout we have downstairs, also like fireplace under tv but narrower and tv lower
tv wall, different color and the shelves also the closed cupboards for storage
many seats with clear view. i also like that the bench and chairs are slightly different height and width
i like that there are seats without backs to provide more seating with less obstruction
