Flooring

This is probably my favorite. I like that the floor is dark but not too dark, so that it doesn’t make the room feel heavy or small. I would probably put some large, light-colored area rugs throughout the house, and I like the contrast with the darker wood. However, my biggest worry would be that it would clash with our existing furniture, which has a bit more of a reddish color to it. If we can’t find something that works with the furniture, maybe it would be better to go lighter
