Sun Room

If we have a basement, combining a pool table room with a sitting area and game table would be nice.

A screened deck. So far there have been a lot of bugs and this would allow for enjoying the outdoor spaces

I like the rock flooring and fireplace. A distinct cabin feel with all the screens giving the lake view. If it is separate from the main living space it is like stepping away things.

More of a screened porch feel with the decking. Would this mean there could not be a room below? Water entering through the screens could cause complications.

I like the idea of being able to completely open up the screened porch to the main living space, but have the option to close it off.

Extra high walls with mostly screens. Wood celiengs and floor. Also like the colors. The shelf around the perimiter is nice. Would want glass inserts for winter.
