Great idea! Other examples have stairs that pull out from a drawer in the front. This design could allow both small and big people to use the boot wash as well as provide access for smaller dogs to climb up.

This looks like a good design, but a little too small, and a little to high for boots. Otherwise I like the look of it.

A reminder that we want some human sleep/work space in the doggie apartment; having pillows in the shake zone, however, is not ideal

Could double as a human shower for those mud disasters! Also looks like it would contain the bathing and the shaking dog pretty well. Nice niches.

Reminder to have a generous-sized mat/carpet for human to stand on and wet dog to exit onto...that also has a place nearby to hang up.

This has appeal because there is no tile/grout. I'm guessing concrete can be prettier than this, too.

By contrast, shelf over dog wash is a head-injury risk, and countertop...well, would get wet/dirty with bath, but might be a valuable work surface nearby?

Batter height for bath + boot wash; note the water-resistant finishes (tile...oof, and floor); cupboards over the bath are less practical (reach or step in wet);

Faucet over the water bowl inset is a great idea (and plumbing shared with dog wash); bath is too tall and looks slippery
