My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Good use of space. Like the vaulted ceiling. Wide open sides however would make me feel somewhat exposed. Like the dining space off to side.

Many of these spaces are open on sides floor to ceiling, I'd like to have a railing but likely would prefer this to be a solid railing around perimeter of space to create a cozier atmosphere.
