This well known design includes massive amounts of glass at the rear with a huge cantilever. We like the idea, but the cantilever is needlessly expensive. Love the open feel, however.

This house, once again, shows clean lines and large rear windows. Also, the two heights of the roof are pleasing here.

This is the front of the "Museum House". We like the "museum" look. Interesting accent cladding. Also, this house has a nice simplicity -- we very much believe in "less is more". Also, as previously stated, we are VERY concerned about making choices that are DURABLE and MAINTENANCE-FREE for Cayman's severe climate.

The extra wide stairs at the rear of this house are spectacular. Similarly featured in the "museum house". We also like the huge panes of glass at rear.

This is truly spectacular (but does stray from "less is more"). Also wonder about cost. However it's a show stopper.

More stairs at the back of the house. Cayman may have a requirement for railings (which we don't want), not sure.
