This reminded me of our examples we've used on notes and I thought it would be helpful for new home buyers.

This floor plan shows how you can make use of all your available space if your house isn't big enough to have separate rooms.

This floor plan allows you to the transformation possible without spending the thousands of dollars to just find out it's not what you wanted.

This is a 3-D floor plan and for me personally that stood out cause I don't see that often.

By planning the interior a little you can see how the home works all together.

Most floor plans focus on a whole house and don't put much planning into the actual rooms, however this one is different.

I like how this floor plan has multiply options so if the customer doesn't see something they like about the original, they can choose another option without having to wait weeks.

Something I don't see very often on floor plans is how the landscaping and the house fit together.

I've always liked the idea of a porch, but personally i'd like one that wraps all around the house.
