My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The bay window is handled well. I'd use panels in the center, too, so that they could be closed to block light at night. The main problem is the baseboard heaters being blocked by the draperies. The blinds would have to be room darkening.
