This closet in Mill Valley, California, by Precision Cabinets has a lot of custom built-ins, but the pull-down clothing rack is the feature that stands out. It takes advantage of the closet’s vertical space to include double rods and makes garments on the top rod easier to reach. This feature could work in a smaller walk-in closet as well.
