Get rid of giant rhododendron, put green roof/ solar panels on shed with all drainage on the south side. North side make outdoor sitting space with fire pit like Sam wanted. Re- paint/ model chicken coop. This kind of garden tools storage on south side near drainage, pottage garden between house and coop/ fire pit area.
