#PlayHouzz
The idea is to create something similar to an old pyramid or an ancient temple, like those found in the Indiana Jones' stories, because in my opinion Dr. Jones is truly an adventurer. Adventure means to me discovery, and also stepping out of your comfort zone. It means going to look out for different scenarios which we are no used to. That is precisely the purpose of this playhouse. Of course, no dangerous traps included. A kid can have fun while climbing by the sides of this playhouse like if it was a mountain, or crawling from the openings, like you would do on a cave or tunnel. In this playhouse, light is cast from the top. It gives you the feeling that you are under earth. In the center of this "lost ruin," is located an hourglass that can be rotated whenever you like. Right on top of it, there is a set of three discs that are part of a puzzle and has a compass at the center. You would have to move the discs to put them in the right position in order to see the hidden symbols and messages. The interior walls are meant to be decorated with riddles and symbols. In the exterior, the decoration will follow the theme of the four elements. When I was a kid, I would have loved to play in this kind of place, so I hope other kids get to like it too.
