Modern, sculptural, and versatile; a place of play, adventure and togetherness; It is sculptural landscape of a backyard, a neighborhood park and a community center.
Engaging in architecture…and fun…
The main structure of the house is supported by Inverted-trapezoid wall and framed in post and beam construction and materialized in pressure treated wood decking and siding. Roof is sheltered with steel frame and laminated glass. South partial deck is cantilevered over play area with open to air view and garden. Each level is filled curiosity of adventure and ushered player onto next deck. Each lookout is strategically designed along path of experiences. Curiosity and adventure trigger them to climb rock wall, and it is integral part of architecture and experience.
