More budget conscious if a full bar is beyond financial prudence. Could reduce to dark cabinetry. Dry wine rack, and wine refrig in a brick surround alcove on one wall.

Same basement in larger panoramic. Would want to substantially cut the footprint of the bar area squared to one wall. Darker wood floors and drywall up to ceilings with black painted frames and joists rather than finished ceiling to provide darker, more rustic vibe to the room.
