My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bathroom 3

This bathroom will be used most as it's off of the family room. Will do dark gray or black vanity and the dark veined Granite slab that I liked so much. Has an arch over the tub. Not large so didn't put cabinet over toilet to keep it open. Brad to do vanity not touching the right wall...more like furniture. Open bottom....solid...not slats.

Floor, mosaic, and counter. Dark painted vanity color "Porpoise". Glass liner in the dark gray that matches one of the mosaics. 6" of mosaic in tub area 3/4 way up on all 3 walls horizontally.

Favorites but Mike doesn't like it: Great tile work really adds pazazz for bath 3. Doing the look of the bottom tiles in ceramic with a glass mosaic accent and backsplash.
