This bathroom is 124" L x 60" W which allows for a 50" vanity and a 40" x 60" shower. Both the vanity and shower could be shrunk if you don't have as much space. Code requires the shower to be at least 30" x 30" and then 30" for the toilet. You could fit a vanity, toilet, and shower in a bathroom that is 90" L.
