Stairs - I like the wall trim on the stairs and the square newels in white, white square banisters with white cap or dark with dark cap, dark rail, white rise and dark run

Upstairs Hallway - Could we do something like this in front of you at the top of the stairs by going a bit into the closet? Might take up too much room, but if not I would love it to be twin bed size.
Butlery - I like this cabinet color or black/charcoal, with brass pulls. I like the upper with the mesh and the mother of pearl backsplash, but may also do shelving with wall paper behind it instead. Counter could be same as kitchen or simple leathered gray.
Media - This is how we plan to use the media room for now. A place to kick balls, swing, climb. We will probably want wood, but have considered rubber rollout flooring to make it softer.
Utility and Mudroom - I like this feel for the room. I would like to consider metal counter tops like this.
Mudroom Floor - Thinking of doing this type of tile "rug" in the mudroom area only so that the hallway to kitchen and the utility can be wood but we could enter on tile. Thoughts? I am ok with just wood if you think it will hold up.
Mudroom Lockers - Open boxes under bench with no trim on floor or drawer. This makes it easier to kick shoes under. I like cubbies above. I don't like that there isn't separation between each space.
Mudroom Lockers - I like separate lockers with shallow walls so you can still sit on bench without having to fit into a locker. I want slatted walls being lockers so we can change hooks around.
Mudroom Lockers - I prefer open cubbies below - no drawers or even trim. This makes it easier to kick shoes off and could use baskets if I changed my mind. I like the shallow "locker" separation so you can separate your things and still sit on the bench.
Utility Counters - consider for counters
Utility Desk -I like that the counter is table height, not counter height. I like the crystal knobs.
Utility Dog Area Opening in cabinets for dog to go out dog door to outside. Maybe cabinet door that could close and lock for when not in use. No trim on bottom - just tiled flooring
Utility Dog Area - maybe under sink area open for dog food. Does not need to be built up or cut out for bowls - they can sit on the floor. Trash drawer nearby to keep food.

Living - I like the feel of this room, but maybe a little more casual - I am considering removing built-ins next to fireplace to allow for more art because the room doesn't have many walls. Maybe with wall treatment below like this.

Exterior - I like this one the best. I like the mix of brick and siding, brick color soft muted red, trim on the windows and door, shutters (with real hinges, I have a source), shutter color (or maybe navy), crawl space covers (I can get them), shutters on front door. I don't like the lanterns, I prefer one yolk lantern in front of door. I don't like the criss cross pattern on the transom above the door, I prefer it to be clear. I prefer a more simple railing, if I need a railing. I would prefer more exciting front door.
