My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Really like the grand elegance of this space. It is still somehow warm while not being too cluttered. We love our current dining table and chairs but this is more just an idea of the overall "space feeling". LOVE the european feel also - old meets new. LOVE THIS PHOTO.

The color scheme and tranquil feeling of this space is just BEAUTIFUL, Calming, classy and not cluttered. This, we LOVE. If we can translate this "feeling" to the home in other rooms then that would be super!

Really like these chairs and carpet. Nice color scheme. Light would be a "no go" because flat lights are hard to clean (spiders, etc).
