My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I envision something like this--gravel and hanging lights--for the "park area" in the front yard. maybe some planted trees with hanging lights where can set up a table and sit

it might be nice to add some palm trees even though tropical since this is a Griffith park look; birds of paradise would blend it in with other rustic plants, but deers might eat them; i think these types of plants would be a good add because house is geometric

why plant all those areas with bushes/flowering bushes? why not demarcate part of it like this for growing vegetables or roses, or diversify it some other way
