I love how this entire home flows together. I like the warmth of the wood, upholstered furniture, colors etc. HOWEVER, it will not work for the condo. It lacks the light, breeze, ocean breeze feel we want for the condo. I send this mainly as it represents the connected flow desired as one moves from one area to another. It all ties together very nicely.
Rick and I really like this room. The color included. To me it is calm, fresh, clean and reflective of the ocean, harbor etc. - colors found in nature. It is Benjamin Moore Grand Rapids 835. However, I send just to provide an idea. The color should actually be pulled from art, bedding etc. I like the warmth and contrast the wood adds to this room. The light colored furniture on the dark floor provides a nice contrast.
Rick feels this room it too white. I like the use of texture on the focal wall. I like how the art fits into the available space. I like the furniture style, though gray is not the color we would select. FYI - we both really like the lobby chairs you created using white and blue strips yet we are concerned that in a rental white is a little scary.
I like the architectural details found on the focus wall within this room. The picture is a paper scale adds color and the room has a nice focal point and the eye flows from one item to another nicely. We want the outdoor views to be the focal point as much as possible so I send this just because I like it minus the mirror coffee table. Rick feels it is too much white and I agree.
