8. Sunroom (and Master Bedroom) on Nature Preserve side of house.
9. HVAC (separate system from house?)
10. Soffit (1.5 foot) from top down to allow stain glass to be added.
11. Possible to have glass ceiling for first 2 to 3 feet from outside edge?
