My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Has front door, stairwell, WC, terrace entry and kitchen/living room entry - very busy spot, so it should be simple and clean; I don’t want lots of coats and shoes on display; need a bench and maybe a spot for keys/mail/kolonya/etc next to door
