My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is a 4" wide board, rift and quartered white oak floor. These are solid oak treads and do not have a specific brand. The floors were stained with a custom stain blend that is 50% ebony with 50% chocolate with a polyurethane top coat for a long lasting and durable floor. Good luck with your project.

I like this; I would do this maybe with a bit wider boards and a bit more of an ebony and less chocolate stain, but it is really very nice
