We hired 126 Builders to tile our entire home as well as add a few windows. Ricky and his team were very professional from start to finish. They arrived daily at 7:30 and would finish by 4. The crew was prompt, professional and friendly. During the process, if we had questions or additional needs that required a supervisor, they usually were on site or would return or calls/texts immediately. Overall the project turned out even nicer than we imagined. 126 Builders exceeded expectations at every opportunity and we will be using them again in the near future!

We had a fantastic experience working with 126 Builders Inc! Our goal was to build two Accessory Dwelling Units . First ADU would be a detached 2 bedroom 2bath and second ADU was a garage conversion 1 bedroom 1 bath. We also remodeled 3 bathrooms from our main house and much more. This would be the biggest construction project we’ve ever had. Ricky and April were transparent from the very beginning. They were clear about the process, pricing, and timelines. The quote we received was fair and detailed. We requested multiple quotes and decided to go with 126 Builders Inc. The project manager and crew were consistently punctual, respectful of our time, and kept the project moving smoothly. Communication was top-notch—any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and clearly. Big huge shout out to William our project manager! What really stood out was his professionalism at every stage. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, we felt confident and supported throughout the entire build. Excellent contractor! High quality work, fair and reasonable pricing. Professional installers guided and helped us on design decisions. We love our new bathroom. Would highly recommend and would hire again for future projects.

Ricky was great to work with, from our first conversation till the very end. He and his team did a fantastic job on the refresh of our rental townhome. They removed all the carpet and repaired the subfloor, laid down tile, removed the fireplace and dry walled over the space, painted the entire unit, and other repairs. They were on time each day, kept a clean workspace and there was absolutely no need to micro manage. We will definitely reach out to Ricky and his team for our next project.

We have used 126 builders twice and have a great experience both times. The first job was a remodel of our master bedroom and bathroom in April 2023. Everyone showed up on time each day and cleaned up every day. We love our new room. The next job was some exterior porch repairs, stucco repair and painting the house and garage. Again, everyone was there bright and early and cleaned up at the end of each day. A great experience both times

Working with 126 Builders was such a positive experience! The owners were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and involved throughout the whole house project they did for us. Every and I really mean every employee they had at the house was professional, were excellent craftsmen, and they really focused on the details, left nothing undone. They were wonderful and patient while working with me on making tile, flooring, paint decisions. I can say we did not have one negative experience with the owners or employees. I would use them again and again and give their contact information to anyone what asks. Thank you guys!!

We had a great experience working with 126 builders !! We did a full kitchen / window / flooring remodel. Everything was so smooth from start to finish. This was a hard project, they had to remove load bearing walls, install a giant beam, ceiling work, relocate electrical, plumbing, & water lines, redo our stucco, reframe windows, redo roofing, install all new cabinets, counters, new floors, & paint. It was a beast of a project and they finished ahead of schedule by almost a month!! There was little to no downtime, they were here everyday working! Their crew is excellent, on-time, and respectful. The owners April and Ricky are great communicators. Their response times to texts and emails is 30 minutes or less. They are also very accommodating with change orders. Their superintendent William is also great, very helpful explaining all things construction. Our remodel came out beautiful and far exceeded my expectations! If you’re on the fence about who to hire, pick 126 builders! They won’t disappoint !!!

Team was great at working with us to create the vision we had for our fireplace and built-ins and our mud room. They were efficient and thorough and I would definitely use them again for another renovation or home project!

We couldn’t be happier with the stunning results. Plus, we always knew what was happening through proactive communications from April. We got daily updates on who would be coming and what they’d be doing. If they were running late, we got a text. This is such a relief to know they are on top of everything. They transformed our ugly bathroom into a gorgeous oasis of peace and beauty, crafted specifically to my wife’s design (with April and Ricky’s help). While 126 Builders were at it, they even rolled with the punches when we asked for a few changes, always coming up with good ideas to help us realize our vision without breaking the bank for add-on work. 126 Builders was an amazing company to work with. Their crew was very professional and our bathroom looks amazing. They worked with us on budget and communicated the progress every step through the construction process. We are already planning on them working on our second bathroom.

They did a wonderful job on remodeling one of my bathrooms! They were able to make my thoughts come to life and were able to help me out with any questions I had. Wish I was able to have them do more work on my house before I moved. They will however, be the first people I go to for any future remodels at my new house!
