I feel lucky to have worked with Valleyview this past year in the remodel of a cottage by the lake. As a Designer, one lives in a dream state for a while, imagining what they'd like the place to look like. Its a team like Paul has - that can truly translate that into reality. All of them were always quick to guide, listen and problem solve. The end result is clear : the finish and workmanship is impeccable. I would highly recommend Valleyview Construction for a smooth project with great attention to detail and a beautiful home in the end.

I have been working on Paul's projects for over ten years now. I appreciate how Paul looks after his trades, he always has something positive to say when he sees us on site. He treats us with respect and is easy to work with. It is easy to collaborate with him which results in a premium finished product for his clients, which is why he continues to have very satisfied customers. Paul Rogers built our (beautiful) home on the shores of Georgian Bay just outside of Thornbury. Paul and his crew of carpenters were true craftsmen, attentive to detail and always willing to offer suggestions and alternatives on how to tackle design issues to best transform the idea of our shorehouse into a reality. I can't imagine a more positive building experience.

Valleyview was a great company to work with. They constructed a house for us in 2012/2013 and we were delighted with Paul Rogers as the builder and all members of his team. The quality was outstanding, they were on budget, except for the changes that we made and they finished on time. Also, because of their extensive knowledge, they suggested changes during the process that were significant improvements to the original design. We would highly recommend Valleyview to anyone considering building a new home

Paul Rogers is a knowledgable, experienced, highly respected builder in the area . Paul's positive attitude, flexibility, willingness to listen, and overall friendly personality made it such a huge pleasure to work alongside both him and his tradesmen. He was extremely responsible on meeting deadlines, kept right on budget with no surprises and always shared with me the prices of materials both high and low. Paul met with me every weekend on site as I lived in another city during the week. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and waited for the go ahead to proceed. All of Paul's tradesmen spoke very highly of Paul along the way and showed huge respect for his talents in the building industry. At the end of my build- it was disappointing to not see both Paul and Ann on a regular basis!! Both of them are charming, personable people.
