My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We used Prime Landscape to renovate the backyard of our beach house. We had an idea of what we wanted to do but John David (owner) and Donna (designer) really helped by coming up with a plan and laying out the project in great detail before the work began. The house has a modern architecture and the yard needed to also have a modern feel. They executed this perfectly incorporating this modern feel into our fire pit design, hot tub area, sitting area, and BBQ area. The crew was also very friendly and cooperative and kept the area as neat as possible. I would highly recommend Prime for your landscaping project.

Prime Landscape provided landscape design and general contracting services of our bluff-top beach house patio. They provided direct services and oversaw subcontractors on all aspects of the job from structural engineering, soil reports, electrical fixtures, custom gas heaters, concrete, masonry, spa, cable fencing, fire pit, built in BBQ and custom details. John David is one of the most attentive, competent and reliable contractors I have ever worked with and I highly recommend him and his company. It is clear from all the people who worked with him, from Donna's landscape design to Eli's custom work that they all feel the same way as they were all very communicative, professional and very proud of their work.
