AZ Royal Granite & Remodeling

The first individual I hired to remodel my kitchen, both bathrooms and install plank tile in my entire house took $25,000 of my money and everything he touched had to be fixed. I had no shower, tub or kitchen when I moved back into my house. Veny came to my rescue. The first thing he did was finish a shower so I didn't have to use the hose in the back yard. He then repaired all the cabinets in my kitchen and installed my granite. I now have a kitchen! He redid the work in my master bathroom and everybody raves about it. Veny designed my shower. It is a large walk-in shower. The tile work is beautiful. The glass wall is perfect. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I gave them a key to the house and did not have to worry about a thing. They even dealt with my dog while I was at work. They have a wonderful selection of products at their store. I have recommended AZ Granite to a number of people at work and my friends. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with honest, caring and skilled people.

Royal Granite installed quartz counters in my master bath and their service and workmanship were amazing. They strive to go above and beyond to give you the best service and best quality of workman ship. Their workmen are wonderful to be around and so respectful I have used them for 8 years and love them! Would not use anyone else.

I have worked with Alex and Veny several times over the last year or so. They are incredibly knowledgeable and talented. AZ Royal Granite is the ONLY fabricator I will use for a miter cut or waterfall edge.

I am SO glad we found this place! We’ve been doing a complete remodel of our home, and we foolishly decided to be our own GMs, which meant finding our own contractors for the work. Fortunately, we’d used an excellent carpenter, and he recommended AZ Royal Granite for our countertops and tile work. Having lived through months of remodeling, we learned contractors can be unreliable, messy, and do sloppy work. Not so with these guys. Alex and Veny were wonderful to work with on the sales and design aspect. In addition to making some great recommendations, Veny genuinely seemed to care more about making sure we were happy than pressuring us based on his own sales agenda (not the case with all contractors), and in the end that was a win/win situation. He patiently and helpfully worked with us through much indecision on our part, showed up on the job site at the start of each day, inspected the work throughout, and made sure we were happy with the end result. Inevitably, there are always tweaks to make, and he made sure his team followed up to our satisfaction. He was always responsive to phone calls and text, just easy and very pleasant to work with. And the work itself…BEAUTIFUL! We are so happy with our kitchen counters, backsplash, laundry counters & backsplash, and bathroom counters. They work quickly, and much more neatly than other contractors I’ve worked with. They take time to protect the floors and cabinets, etc. which is appreciated. They had to remove a difficult former backsplash from the side of a custom cabinet and I was literally amazed that they didn’t make a single scratch. We’re going to be using them for the rest of our master bathroom remodel (shower, tub, flooring), and it’s the one aspect of the project that doesn’t stress me out to think about. We’ve been working with these guys on various projects for over 9 months (the long timeframe is our doing, not theirs) and they have been consistently good throughout. I’ve already recommended them to numerous personal friends doing partial remodels, and figured it was past time to give them an official review.

A friend recommended “Royal AZ Granite” to us, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome of our kitchen, powder-room and outdoor grill remodel. Veny and Alex provided wonderful design ideas we could never have thought of and the quality of their work was outstanding. They offered a special miter cut for our 9 x 5 foot island that the other two guys who bid on the job could not. All of their craftsmen were in-house, to include granite, tile, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. That made for no delays and easy accountability. For demo and rebuild our kitchen was out of service for just 1 day. You can't get any quicker then that. The quality of work by every man on the job was outstanding. They left our house spotless. No dust from the granite cuts they had to do on site and not a bit of debris left behind from the demo and rebuild. The icing on the cake was that every person from Royal AZ Granite was polite and courteous. I’d have them here for a steak on our new backyard grill any time. I just can’t praise them enough for their work-ethic, design innovation and the quality of their finished product. Plus, you got all that for a great price.

Once we decided to upgrade our kitchen with granite countertops, we requested an estimate from six different granite companies. We have a MCM home in Phoenix and was looking for a a cool stone counter top for our kitchen. Veny & Alex gave us exactly what we were looking for!
