Excellent. Wade the owner was very thorough in his communication process. Very professional from beginning to end. There were no curve balls during the project. I would recommend this company for oak cabinet painting. Dave was his painter for the job. He had a great eye for detail. He painted several coats for an even finish. My cabinets are perfection. Even when you open my cabinets and look at the insides the paint is even around the inside border to give it a factory finish. Dave is a winner so ask for him! My dad is a realtor and I have been to homes that have had cabinet refinishing and the coats of paint aren't smooth and paint around the edges is patchy. I have seen paint slashed on appliances. Thankfully I did not have any problems with Aaa rehab like that. Dave did an excellent job taping up my kitchen to avoid spills. I read several blogs on cabinet painting for oak cabinets and I would not try to do it yourself unless you like that do it yourself look. But if you want a clean professional look with hopes to resale I would recommend this company! They aren't cheap but competitive. Oh I wish I would have known how strong the paint fumes would have been up front. I have a baby and had to make accommodations to sleep somewhere else for 2 nights of the week long process. Plan accordingly. I had my cabinets painted in may and still very pleased. People can't believe it's the same kitchen. Fyi...I did hire my own carpenter independently from AAA who placed oak "cove" molding on top of my cabinets to give it the extra modern finish. I would highly recommend that as an add on for $300.

We had a formerly doorless front room and wanted to make it into an office by: adding french doors, changing out carpet for hardwood, adding wainscoting, casing the windows, adding crown moulding and painting. Overall we enjoyed working with this company. The project took 2.5 weeks. While we hoped it'd be a bit quicker, it was fairly painless and we are enjoying the result. Plus, we did tell them we weren't in a rush at the beginning. Wade is very responsive whenever you call or text and quick to find solutions if something isn't quite what you expect. We're very happy with how our room turned out with one small complaint about which I've already told Wade, and he's going to try to come out to fix it. The people on his team we worked with were: Rick (carpentry) - Rick showed up when he said he would each day. He and I worked together to decide how everything should look, and he was open to feedback when we wanted to change things (like making our wainscoting higher on the wall than he had planned). Dustin (flooring) - Dustin arrived when he was supposed to and was easy to work with and kind to our children who wanted to watch the progress. The floor looks great as he paid close attention to varying where knots and extra texture were laid out. He was done in about half a day. Dave (painting) - Dave also showed up when he promised each day. We appreciated how closely he paid attention to small details and even fixed some of the imperfections in our walls before painting. He was careful about taping and laying down paper and other materials to protect our floors, and he was great when asked to add yet another coat to the new door. When he left he made sure I was happy with everything and offered to come back if we found any imperfections in the days/weeks after. Plus, he plays great music when he works. Everyone was was respectful, cleaned up after themselves and were easy to have in our home while the job was getting done.

We wanted a half wall knocked down between our kitchen and dining room and a butcher block countertop installed and stained. The job was complete within two days, to perfection! Wade and his team are very responsive and professional. It looks like the house should have been designed this way originally! We were so happy with their work that we will be using them again for other projects in our home.

I used AAA to repair a walk in shower tiles after replacing plumbing. Wade was quick to respond, on time, very professional and his tiler did an excellent job replacing tiles and doing a mosaic design. I would definitely use them again!!

Used AAA to install a wall mounted sliding door to the entrance of my small powder room with a very awkward entrance where the door swung in & hit the toilet. Rick did a great job installing the door using Johnson Hardware 2610F wall mount sliding door hardware, installing new trim around the door entrance, then covering the track with trim to give it a very polished look. I've been getting many compliments from family & friends. Highly recommend AAA & would not hesitate to use them again for other projects.

Wade and his crew did an outstanding job with a whole house interior paint job in nocatee. They are organized and efficient and keep the house clean as they go. The quality of the prep and paint work is excellent. They did an exterior job for us a couple years ago, also excellent. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Just finished a large interior paint project with AAA Advanced Residential Rehab, LLC in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra. They were true professionals and displayed great quality. From start to finish Wade was on time for every appointment, extremely helpful with our color selection and provided excellent communication. His team was super respectful and got along great with my family. The job was completed on time and extremely neat and clean. I highly recommend Wade and his team for any type of residential interior work.

AAA Advanced Residential Rehab, LLC did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home. We would highly recommend them. Their price was very competitive, and they cleaned up afterward very nicely. Their people were friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with this company.

Project 1 - Removed and discarded wall to wall carpeting. Installed hardwood floor in living/dining. Work was performed by Dustin, who was assisted by Todd. Professionals all the way. Could not ask for anything more. The detail and precision of their work is beyond reproach. My floors are absolutely beautiful and get rave reviews from everyone. Project 2 - Installation of hardwood flooring on stairs and 2nd floor hallway. As in my first project, Wade allowed me to independently purchase all materials needed. I purchased everything ( hardwood and all material ) from ProSource as recommended by Wade. I dealt with Christie, who help me to select materials and ordered same. ProSource has a tremendous showroom with a vast selection. Wade picked up and delivered the material, free of charge, to allow material to acclimate. Wade had Dustin and Jay do the installation. They arrived promptly and immediately went to work. On the first day they removed all carpeting from the stairs and hallway. They than prep the entire area insuring all nails and other debris was cleared away. Day 2 they began installing hardwood floor in hallway on the second floor and stairs. Oops, ran out of hardwood. Smart me - thought I needed less than what Wade told me to order. Consequently, project was put on hold for a few days, awaiting additional order of hardwood. Christie ( ProSource ) expedited my order and had order ready for pick-up in two days. It is also worth mentioning that Wade is extremely particular regarding the use of proper adhesives and quality products. Dustin and his assistant returned on Monday the following week and completed the job. Dustin is a true craftsman is very methodical. The detail and precision of their work is beyond reproach. On Wednesday, Wade sent Twyla and Dave, AAA's custom painters, to prep and paint the base and shoe. Twyla is also AAA's in-house cleaning person. My home was left spotless when they finished. I give Wade much credit for selecting the individuals he assigns to perform AAA projects. Wade and his crew are fantastic. Professional, prompt, all experts in their specialties. Will be using AAA again next year, 2015, to install walk-in shower in my master bath.

Everything about the assistance we received was excellent. We received a quick response, estimate, date to do the job, the job started and ended when quoted. The communication from Wade and the team was always clear and followed up upon. The team was professional, clean and had high quality standards. We appreciated everything about this job.

I have used AAA Advanced Residential Rehab for approximately 5 painting jobs in my home - from easy 10 x 10 rooms, to my 25' high ceilings in my dining/living room, to painting my entire home exterior, and I couldn't be more pleased with them. Wade, the owner, is phenomenal to work with - very professional, and he keeps a very close eye on all his employees' work. They may be a bit more expensive than others (just a bit, mind you), but the quality and workmanship is top notch, and I know my neighbors' home exteriors already look worn shortly after other companies have painted. Our home's exterior was painted over 3 years ago, and it still looks fresh. I highly recommend AAA!!
