In need of a complete kitchen and family room redo, we were recommended to Absolute Kitchen and Bath (AK&B). Beginning with our first visit to the showroom we were highly impressed. Jennifer and her excellent and professional team are the “Absolute” best! Jennifer worked with us to create a design that met our needs and desires. AK&B’s team of friendly, professional trades, along with the sub-contractors they brought in to the project got the job done on time and on budget. If there were more stars on the rating chart, we would select them.

We went to Absolute Kitchen and Bath after a neighbor friend had recommended them to us. We had recently moved to the area and needed our kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled. We initially were nervous because we didn’t have a lot of experience with design and didn’t know exactly what we wanted. We were very relieved and confident with them when they helped us design both our kitchen and bathrooms for us. It was unbelievable how they listened to what we liked and then (seemingly) magically pulled it all together. They were very good with working within our budget and directing us on where to spend the most money. They did our kitchen cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash. In the bathrooms, they did the tile, vanity cabinets, and countertops. They have a lot of remnant pieces that they sell at discounted prices, so we used those for our vanity tops and in our showers for benches and niches. We are so happy with the quality of the materials, their meticulous work, and how organized and quickly they got the work done. Their communication was wonderful and we felt taken care of every step of the way. Our kitchen and bathrooms look like something that could be in a magazine. We highly recommend them and will use them again on our next project!

Heard about this company through a co-worker. Being in the industry myself, I was a bit hesitant, however much to my surprise, I had a extremely positive experience from the moment I walked through the showroom door and picking out my my granite slab everything just fell into place. The gentleman that did my measurement, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Installers were awesome, attention to detail and excellent craftmanship was key. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to give them a call.

We really enjoyed working with the team at Absolute to remodel our Kitchen. Ben was always just a phone call away and really understood our vision and helped us bring it through to fruition. He has great vision, and we even left some decision making up to him because of his eye and expertise. As a family owned business they are reliable, honest and enjoyable to work with from start to finish. I would happily refer them to family, friends, and strangers a like!

We ordered white cabinets for the bathroom and the kitchen. Three times the cabinets came in at the wrong size. The cabinet doors that were finally installed had gashes and dents in them. The workers obscured them with white paint and wouldn't leave until they were paid. After we discovered the chips and dents Jennifer, the owner, refused to repair or do anything about them. The bathroom drawers were placed on tracks that were crooked so the spaces are uneven and not straight. The owner will not respond to emails and calls even after I said I would pay for a new door that has a Large gash on it.

Jennifer and her crew and subcontractors were remarkable in their attention to detail and desire to do an excellent job, whether they were demolishing the kitchen, repairing the walls, painting, plumbing or installing electricity or the tile work. They arrived on time, on the day they were expected. In the background, she choreographed the various trades so that people and supplies were available when needed, so the kitchen remodel moved along quickly. The process of making a countertop template and delivering it the next afternoon was awesome! Also, each group of craftsmen was friendly, answered questions that we had about the process and did tweaks--such as sealing an unused part of a cabinet--that we requested as the project moved along.

I had originally hired a different company for a new vanity top. The granite was broken in transit by them with no comparable for replacement. Luckily I found Jennifer with Absolute and she had exactly what I needed as a remant. I called on a Saturday and had a return phone call same day even though they were closed. I met her the following Monday, she was able to quickly fit me in the schedule for measuring and installation. The guys were quick and very polite. The second sink had a hairline fracture but they returned within two hours to install a new one. Our vanity looks incredible, we couldn't be happier. While it wasn't a huge project, the customer service provided was beyond top notch. Thank you to everyone at Absolute!

We met with Jennifer (owner and designer of Absolute Kitchen) and from the beginning we knew we picked a professional who knew what we wanted. Within a week she delivered a design which put on paper what we envisioned. The tasking for the project was to remove the current tile floor and associated grey board and replace it with new. Remove all cabinets, backsplash, sink, granite top, lights (In Other Words everything in the kitchen area). Design and install new cabinets, large island, wall tile to the ceiling on two walls, move electrical, plumbing and gas lines to accommodate new design. Install all new appliances and light fixtures and paint all walls. The above process started on time and was complete (to our satisfaction) on time. We are pleased beyond our expectations. If you want a Company who is: proud of excellent workmanship, professional, on cost, on time, and in general, pleasant to work with under stressful situations. you want to put Absolute on your list for future renovations. This is our third major renovation on this home and it was by far the best in all areas.

Absolute Kitchen & Bath provided excellent advice on selection of materials and design of our master bath remodel. We purchased all tiles, cabinets and the granite countertop from them. Although they didn't do the tile installation, they did do the cabinet and granite counter installation. We were especially happy with their quick responses to calls and emails, as well as their speedy resolution of any glitches in the process. They were always professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond what we expected. We would highly recommend them!
