Lisa helped envision our small galley kitchen project and expand it with modern fixtures and a quartz countertop that fit perfectly with the beach house theme. We were absolutely thrilled wit the outcome. The service from her through the installers was excellent - would highly recommend!

Lisa O'Brien was was a great choice of a kitchen designer, She formulated a perfect layout, architecturally, functionally. and aesthetically. Numerous people who have come into our home have said that my kitchen belongs in a magazine. Lisa was meticulous in her calculations and was proven to be correct even when challenged by the architect. She patiently allowed me to obsess over cabinetry choices and change my mind a few times before we placed the final order. She followed through with advising and assisting the installers and replaced any parts, large or small that did not work out unexpectedly. I recommend her highly.

Kathy at accent on kitchens is absolutely wonderful! She guided us from ideas to design all the way through to completion. She was extremely easy to work with and would reply promptly to any questions or concerns. If there was an idea that she thought really wouldn't work she would explain to us why, and she was always right. Her general contractor Chris and his crew were an aboslute delight to work with. So proffesional, courteous, very concsious of detail. They worked so hard to keep the area as clean and dust free as possible. Icould go on forever, so I will just say that give Kathy a call, she will NOT dissapoint you.

We are very pleased with the updated kitchen that Lisa O'Brien designed for our townhouse. We added a desk, a cabinet with a wine rack, as well as replacing all the upper cabinets to the ceiling, and replacing the doors and drawer fonts on the lower cabinets. The quality of the cabinets is excellent. We also updated the pantry. She was very professional, prompt, and pleasant to work with. The carpenter she recommended was excellent as well. Our kitchen renovation was not for the faint of heart - a 50+ year old kitchen with unusable cabinetry, unworkable appliances, and uneven walls, all situated on a relatively small footprint. The ask - a clean, modern aesthetic, high in style but with maximum functionality. Enter Lisa O'Brien of Accent on Kitchens. Arriving at our home, packing a tape measure, a drawing pad, and a houseful of creativity. Lisa produced not one, but three unique and exciting designs. Thus began our journey through the intricacies of storage design, color and material selection, and everything in-between. And through it all, Lisa was there, offering her ideas and insights, her experiences and expertise, her work ethic and sense of humor. No question was insignificant, no call went unreturned, no opinion unconsidered. We write this review, having just wrapped up a family gathering in our home with still more compliments received on our beautiful kitchen. Thank you Lisa! There are so many decisions that need to be made to pull off a successful kitchen renovation. One of the first and BEST decisions we made was to work with Lisa O’Brien of Accent on Kitchens in North Hampton, NH. We started designing the kitchen with Lisa before the pandemic and even though it took over 15 months to complete our project she stuck with us to make sure the kitchen design stayed on tack and was completed correctly. We wanted to design our house to have some areas age-in-place and ADA compliant . It turned out that Lisa was experienced in this area which was super helpful. She also gave us good advice on selecting an induction stove top and even what kind of pots and pans to buy! During the installation of the actual cabinets she was just a phone call away and came right over to answer questions and make sure the install continued according to the design. The installers looked forward to working with her and having her on site. Lisa even went with us to help pick out the countertop and also was there for templating and installation. We had an issue with the first piece of granite we selected being damaged during shipment and Lisa helped us navigate selecting another! One major issue that Lisa helped us out with was our kitchen sink. We had ordered a Blanco silgranit sink online and it arrived with cracks. The company replaced it quickly but unfortunately this one was also cracked. They refunded us our money and then we went with a local distributor. Another crack! At this point the countertop had been templated and installed awaiting the sink. I just wanted to cry! But....... Lisa to the rescue!! She had connections and found a stainless steel sink that would fit. Yay! Problem solved! We now have a kitchen which we love! It has clean lines and lots of storage. The cabinets are of excellent quality built by Candlelight in natural cherry, the countertop, backsplash and windowsill are granite, the floor is cork and island top is oiled walnut. Other custom design features include compost bin mounted into the countertop, double wall ovens and a vertical wall mounted steam radiator. Lisa and her personal touch made all the difference through the long months of our house renovation. She is a true professional with a cheerful attitude and interesting ideas and solutions. She even stopped by after we moved in to help us decide where to put what in the kitchen for ease of use and accessibility. Great personalized assistance with layout, design and quality material. Lisa was very attentive to my likes, dislikes and budget and had some great ideas to help me make a decision on upgrading my kitchen. The construction crew that she referred was very professional, clean and did an excellent job.

I saw a beautiful kitchen advertised in New Hampshire home by accent on kitchen. I was a bit hesitant at first, worried about price and construction . Lisa from accent on kitchens worked with me . She is very professional and I was amazed at how she put together a kitchen design that was perfect for me. We worked within a workable budget and had a lot of helpful suggestions to make this work.Her contractor team was also very professional , punctual, and kept the place clean. Chris from interior woodcraft did an amazing job. The cabinet detailing is beautiful and he also did the tiling. Bottom line is I would definitely recommend accent on kitchens if you need to redo your kitchen.

When we first started our search for a kitchen designer we met with several well known companies in the NH seacoast area. We finally met Cathy Box , owner of Accent on Kitchens. Cathy is a personable, outstanding professional to work with who has very creative ideas. She made it a priority to get to know us well and after meeting with her several times she was able to come up with a beautiful design that met all our needs. While the kitchen is stunning it is also quite functional. She thought of everything! We highly recommend Cathy and wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
