We have a long lasting relationship with Accurate Development and we have enjoyed every minute of it! They are easy to work with, flexible with time, and attentive to the clients style in every detail. We love withing with them to create the perfect home for every family!

My wife and I spent several years casting about for a Georgian home, only to realize that the times and tastes of modern architecture had passed us bye and that these homes were a scarce commodity on the market. At the suggestion of our Real Estate professional Mrs. Megan Nixon, we approached Mr. Kevin Johnson with some drawings and photographs of what we wold like in our "Georgian" home to be. Mr. Kevin Johnson's ACCURATE development is the culmination of two generations of real estate development and home building efforts. Mr. Johnson has refined this organization into a well oiled machine, producing quality products, "made to measure" in a timely fashion and well within the estimated cost. His expert staff is in itself noteworthy, Mrs. Sarah Hoover provided countless hours of assistance in the step by step process of putting this home together in detail. In the field Brad, Patrick and Jeff contributed greatly to the process of actually building my home, just as we had designed it, and to my satisfaction. I would recommend this builder without reservation and would only add that the customer have something clearly in mind before embarking upon these projects. This will allow Mr. Johnson's crew to better help the customer realize the home's potential.

They are an amazing and talented group that I would recommend to anyone interested in custom home building. Every aspect of the process was very professional and when problems came up they were quickly address.

Accurate has built three homes for us and should we build again, this is the only builder we would consider. The quality of their work is outstanding, matched only by the professionalism of EVERYONE on the team. While many people talk about the stress of building a new home--we found the process to be extremely exciting and actually fun! But that is only because Accurate makes everything seem so seamless. Having been through the house building experience several times, we went into our last project (2 years ago) with very specific ideas about what we wanted, from unique fireplace designs to a wine cellar that includes heirloom stained glass windows. Everything we had imagined in a year of planning was carried out to perfection! We are forever fans of Accurate Development!

I purchased my 2nd Accurate Development home just 2 years ago. I looked at other homes and other builders but didn't see the same quality and attention to detail in their homes that I had in mine. I needed a larger home or I would have stayed in my original Accurate home. The quality was impressive. I received compliments each time someone new visited my home. I moved into my first Accurate Development home in 2003 and my second in 2014 and I couldn't be a happier homeowner. When I purchased my second home, I had an extremely tight deadline. I made all of my decisions timely and at every step asked if we were going to meet the deadline. The promise was made and delivered upon without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Everyone that worked on the house was friendly and answered my questions. I was there during every phase of the house being built and never felt uncomfortable with any of the workers and there was always a project manager nearby. The after-sale warranty is second to none and isn't just words on a sheet of paper, it represents the company's reputation and is taken seriously regardless of how small the issue may seem. I know this as I am a perfectionist and expect high quality, accuracy and there isn't a flaw or repair that misses my scrutiny. The owner of Accurate Development, Kevin Johnson, is very accessible and each house carries his "fingerprint" - is hallmark of quality. I love the sense of community built by Accurate Development and carried on by its home buyers. When I sold my first home and looked for another, it finally came down to not being able to give up the quality and workmanship but just as much to the neighborhood. I knew I would never find a more caring, watchful neighborhood than an Accurate Development neighborhood. And that was the final "pro" on my list of Pros and Cons that helped me to decide that I had to be in an Accurate Development. I wouldn't be happy anywhere else.
