Adam remodeled our bathrooms in April 2014, and there were some issues that ultimately were repaired. However, the grout in between the tile in our bathroom has been difficult to fix as of late. Unfortunately, over the last month, Adam has been difficult to get a hold of, and so this review is being written in regards to that. Adam came to our house to repair the grout in between the tiles in our bathroom back in January 2017, and said that it ultimately needed to be fixed completely by relaying the tiles down. Over the last 6 months, it's gotten progressively worse again, and started chipping and coming apart. He was able to patch it before, so I wanted to give him a call again to repair it. Needless to say, he's been very challenging to get a hold of, with seemingly no respect in writing a text, calling, or sending more than one simple follow up email. Attempts to contact as follows- Called Monday 6/7, left a message, no response. Called 10 days later, Saturday 6/17, left a message, no response. Texted Monday 6/19, asking him to come out. Received response, the next day, Tuesday 6/20...response was "ok." Took me 2 weeks to get a response. Asked him what time worked for him. Saturday 6/24, received response saying Monday 6/26 would work Monday 6/26, never showed up, emailed us saying he left other cell phone at office. Also called, no response. Tuesday 6/27, emailed him, no response Thursday 6/29, another attempt at email, no response. Current date of review- Wednesday, July 5, no response after a week. This seems to be a recurring theme. Unfortunately, at least one of my neighbors seems to agree. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is exhausted from trying to get this simple work done. I should also note that what got Adam's attention in coming back over in January 2017 was a negative review. He was very apologetic, and ultimately the negative review was retracted. However, this is not happening again. It is unfortunate that a negative review from a past customer (us) gave him the impetus to respond. I know you're a busy man, but if you care about your reputation and your business, it would be in YOUR best interest in calling back. You've done great work for others, and in our bathrooms. All I ask is that you have courtesy and respond, and come over to look at it. I'm a patient man, but my 70 year old mother isn't as much. She is tired from this, and it has exhausted her. I would have given you 3 or 4 stars in regards to the overall work a few years ago, but since you haven't followed up, I'm giving you a 2 (my mother would have given you a 1). Unfortunately I scheduled an appointment with Adam from AJC construction but he didn't show. When I called to request an explanation he profusely apologized and offered me free hardware, if I'd reschedule. So I did reschedule for the following week. Again, Adam didn't show. Obviously, with this level of professionalism, I wouldn't hire Adam, regardless of "freebies".

Adam did an incredible job with kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to remodel their kitchen!

AJC Construction did a home kitchen remodel for us. They provided design ideas, accurate estimates, and quality work, all in a timely fashion. When a question or problem arose, Adam would notify us immediately and suggest alternatives. We never felt "surprised" by anything. Our job involved demo, new cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lighting, electrical, moving appliances and plumbing, and putting in an island and sink. We are extremely pleased with our project and would recommend AJC Construction to anyone interested in high quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

I hired AJC Construction Services to remodel my apartment after a leak occurred, he got the job done ensuring the apartment was throughly dried before he begun the work. Not only where was the final results amazing but customer service was excellent. He answered all my questions, even the not so smart ones. He was very calm, when I was not, kept me up to speed what was happening with my insurance company as well as the progress of the work. At the tail end of the work I had AJC making executive decisions that exceeded my expectations. My condo is a rental, by the end of the job, they had me wanting to move in there. He went above and beyond expectation, very happy with everything.
