Ivan From Trademark Mechanical serviced our HVAC unit. He was very professional, thorough. He finished the job quickly and also gave recommendations on what I could do to extend the life of my unit. He took the time to answer any and all questions. I was completely satisfied and would request him for future service.

Delta Mathie came out to service our system. He thoroughly serviced our system in short time, was very professional and patiently answered a lot of questions about our system. We got signed up for a maintenance contract on the same day. This is not the first time we have used Trademark Mechanical. We have met 4 technicians. These guys are a great team of people. They are patient problem solvers, and have all been very kind and informative. Great customer service.

Trademark Mechanical installed our HVAC system in 2019 and maintained it since that time with twice yearly preventative maintenance visits. Ivan Alonso visited our home recently and was outstanding to work with. He did all the appropriate checks on the system including temp drop and static pressure, replaced the air filter and even removed a dead mouse from under the furnace. Very nice guy and high recommend him.

My father passed away in March and had two commercial buildings in Spokane, the HVAC stopped working in one building and because of the building was so old we had trouble finding someone to come out on a weekend to address the problem. I called Trademark and they promptly returned my phone call and came out the next day (Sunday). The system was nearly 30 years old and needed to be replaced. Craig Wagner with Trademark was wonderful to work with! He quickly sourced a good system that was in our budget. If you want excellent customer service at a competitive price call Craig at Trademark Mechanical.

I want to say that working with the Trademark Team, from their office personnel, which is outstanding to their maintenance personnel, Josh, has been such a wonderful experience. They listen, they take care of your needs, and you truly feel valued as a customer. If anything goes wrong with your equipment, rest assured they will be great to work with. I highly recommend them. Perrin was the service technician to our home. He was on time, courteous, uniform neat and clean, knowlegable on the equipment on our furnace, replaced our filter, wore "booties" each time he entered our home, and when asked about replacing our cold air grill his response time was less than 15 minutes. If Perrin is an example of your service personnel we are glad to have been switched to your company and look forward to future business. Keep Perrin !

Today I received a service call from Delta Mathie, a technician from Trademark Mechanical for maintenance on my furnace. And once again I was treated to honest, professional and personable service. This is by far the hallmark of customer service. He speaks so highly of his associates and owner of his company. Please give this man a raise and something extra in his Christmas stocking. He's the best!!
