We are an "on your lot" builder and build in North Idaho and Eastern Washington. We have experience in entry level homes, modern construction with single slope roofs, Northwest Ranch designs, outdoor-in choices with a focus on natural light. Naturally lit spaces are our favorite endeavors and those want to bring the outdoors inside will allow us to flex our design muscles. We are also a value company at heart!
