Be aware from this company . The ruined my lawn and my brand new pool finish with their fertilizer. I have been chasing them 2 months to correct the grass they burned and the stains they caused to my brand new pool . They keep having excuses . First the owner Jerry denied they serviced my lawn on the day the damaged caused , yelled at me over the phone and won’t let me explain the situation . After I showed them the cameras footage , the signs of their company on my lawn showing the fertilized and the message they left me that they will be serving my lawn on that day , they came to assess- they did not do anything about it . I had to pay to replace the grass. I had to pay try to remove the stains from the pool without draining it since it’s a brand new finish . Unfortunately the pool has to be drained in order to remove the stains . They did not take any accountability or helped in any way to resolve this issue . After 2 months of begging them to repair the grass , they sent a company that removed the burned grass and left me with muddy lawn that my dog rolled around in and my pool patio was getting mud from traffic . I had to buy and install my own grass …i explained to them that I can not have mud in my yard since it’s the holiday season and I’m expecting company ( they knew this in October ) I sent them the charges I have been paying so far to repair the damages they caused and there is no one to talk to . terrible customer service , terrible service . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
