My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Here at Oasis Homes, we proudly offer custom built 2 story modular homes, ranch style modular homes, and Cape Cod modular homes. We encourage our buyers to customize any of our thousands of unique floor plans. To help you with the process, we can recommend changes to the plans of our modular homes to make the plan more friendly to your lifestyle and provide the personal touch that you desire. Built from your imagination or starting from our custom floor plans available, we offer a wide variety of design options and amenities that is sure to fit your needs. Our dedicated team has built over 1,000 homes in the last 15 years and are thankful for the opportunity to continue to build all over Michigan. We service all over the Lower and Upper Peninsula with some of our most popular counties being Macomb, Lapeer and Livingston. We also have built several homes in the Traverse City and Caseville areas.

Recently Oasis homes built a log home for me. I cant say enough about Oasis Co-Owner/Designer Kevin Collins. Always available to answers questions. Knowledgeable with valuable Insite. Kevins Field operations Manager, Blake Edmonds was a key reason the project went smoothly. Blake was easy to work with. Took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. This company, Oasis Homes builds a quality home, on time and at a reasonable cost. I would absolutely use them again.

The home was built axactly as promised. Oasis Homes provided excellent advise and answered every question. They assisted in dealing with the usual government bureaucracy. The on site manager was always available to answer questions. The house is beautiful. After construction was completed Oasis Homes continued to respond to any problems
