Anlin Windows & Doors

TJ did a great job - he texted prior letting me know his arrival, he arrived on time, and fixed the door quickly, then allowed me to test it to make sure it met my expectations. He was professional and friendly too. Everything was great.

I have had my Anlin windows and doors for a few years now and one of my Sliding Doors had become very difficult to open. I called my installing agent -- Rick, from United Builders in Rancho Cucamonga CA -- and he contacted Anlin and arranged for a service technician to come to my home. Auggie, from Anlin, arrived at my house as arranged and quickly made the necessary repair to my slider and now it's as good as new again. Many thanks to Rick at United Builders and most of all to Auggie and Anlin.

Windows were installed approximately 17 years ago. Windows are great. A couple locks failed. Nothing online or in stores was compatible. Contacted Anlin directly to purchase replacements and they sent me a couple replacements. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

We replaced all of our windows with Anlin Windows several years ago. Three out of the six front windows have failed. From the exterior these windows are covered with opaque white and brown/yellow fog. When looking at the windows from the driveway you cannot see through these windows. I contacted the company that installed them and they advised that the windows had failed due to a defect. The discoloration is on the inside of the double paned windows. It is truly hideous to look at and I am embarrassed by my homes appearance. BE WARNED! Almost all of the reviews for these windows are written when the windows are new. My problems started after a few years and the issues continue to get worse.
