We used Arbor Mills during the new construction of our home 4 years ago and again to finish our basement. The quality and craftsmanship in their product, along with the customer service is the reason we will continue to use them for all future projects.

Arbor Mills, along with their team of experts have completely exceeded our expectations. After bringing our designer to their state of the art showroom and manufacturing facility, the design team was truly impressed. Our designers Rob Ostap and Warren Salihar were very helpful and decisive in their recommendations for our new kitchen layout. Rob had also dealt with my appliance company Novak and Parker with all the high end custom appliances, and gave guidance as to which appliances worked well in the inset applications as well as paneled applications. The finished product truly speaks for itself, and we are looking at potentially being featured on Houzz. Thank you for all your help and guidance through the design and build process. We are incredibly grateful to you and your team and look forward to future projects together.

Arbor Mills worked on number of projects in our house. The cabinetry reflects excellent craftsmanship. We love the various cabinetry that Arbor Mills has done for our house and if any correction is needed they go the extra mile to ensure it is corrected. I worked with Eric Podlasek and he is excellent and thorough. He has helped me to design the cabinetry that best suites the room. I enjoyed working with him. I also need to give a shout out to Jason who does the follow up work, if needed on the cabinetry. Jason does a very fine work in finishing off anything that needs that finally touch. We hired Arnor Mills to transform a vacant room into a dark paneled Victorian bar. Their design and workmanship were exquisite.

Arbor Mills did an unbelievable job on our house. We still find ourselves in awe of our cabinetry, and sometimes have trouble believing this is really our home. Not only is the quality of their product unmatched, but the creativity and ingenuity of their design sets them apart from the competition. Some of our favorite features are the symmetrical and unique design of the family room, the hood in the kitchen hugging the shape of the barreled ceiling, the transom windows behind the upper cabinets in the kitchen, and the extremely customized and unique colors on all of our cabinetry. Look at the photos for yourself; it is clear that Arbor Mills truly deserves a five-star rating. Beyond that, their customer service was also exceptional. Eric was willing to work with us every step of the way, and had extraordinary patience with us through each tweak and change to our designs. We could not be happier with our experience.

We just completed a new home that is over 10,000 sq. ft. and Arbor Mills did 99% of the cabinetry. Our experience could not have been better. From the second we walked into their beautiful, innovative showroom, we knew we had made the right choice for our cabinetry. Our point person was always available, patient, attentive, and was great at problem solving. Cabinetry is notorious for holding up construction, but Arbor Mills was right on time--even with the huge amount of cabinets they had to produce for our job. All of the cabinetry is beautiful, extremely well crafted, and does our home proud. After installation, they know their work is not done. They understand that new construction can cause nicks and scratches, and that settling can cause things to get out of alignment. They come out "no problem" to touch things up and replace things that somehow get damaged.

We were introduced to Joliet Cabinets (now Arbor Mills) by our Remodeling Contractor. We toured the facility and were given the opportunity to see the quality that goes into their custom cabinetry. We were very impressed and had them design and construct our kitchen, master bathroom, and master closet cabinets during our project in 2013. I went to visit them in June 2016 to see if they could help us document the stains and custom colors used in our project for our records, and if they had any touch-up material. Not only did they have complete records of our project with all information, within 15 minutes they mixed up a small batch of touch up for us. Great cabinets . . . and great customer service!

My husband and I decided finally to finish our lower level. We are both creative, artistic people, and thought with our combined enthusiasm that the project would be fun. When our builder asked us about cabinetry, we told him we were using Arbor Mills! His answer to us was something like, "for a basement?!" My response was, "Lower Level and YES!" This was to be my second project using Arbor Mills. As anyone who has built a home knows, making final decisions can test your mettle. The only decision that allowed me any peace was the decision to use Arbor Mills. Our designer Jim transformed a ho-hum space into something out of a magazine. From the initial meeting, as my husband and I spoke about our desires for the space, Jim doodled the entire time. From our conversations the design evolved into a beautifully detailed multi-functional space with built in wine fridges in the island-bar and armoires hiding a full size Sub-Zero fridge. We mixed dark and white cabinets in the kitchen/bar area and he even suggested a faux window with antiqued mirrored glass. The fireplace surround and bookshelves give an elegance to the space that at once surprises and comforts guests. No detail went unnoticed. From concept to creation, all I can say is top notch, five stars, gorgeous, happy, highest accolades.

We really enjoyed our experience with Anthony DelSasso from Arbor Mills. He helped us design cabinets for our new home including our mudroom, kitchen, bar, laundry room, master bathroom, and built ins. It was a large and lengthy project, but Anthony made it fun and manageable. He worked hard to tailor the cabinets to fit our needs and was able to incorporate any design or material into our project that we desired. We couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and quality of our custom cabinetry from arbor mills.
