Super pleased with Bill's work & his handyman too! Our project needed bathroom plumbing, leveling the floor, laying a shower pan, setting shower tile, setting the vanity. Bill did a great job setting tile with attention to pattern & very precise. Gave us a great recommendation for getting our shower door sliders too. Bill Burns was recommended to us by a local tile store and we were extremely pleased with his work. We gave him a general idea of the subway tile and mosaic design that we wanted for our kitchen backsplash and he installed it better than we envisioned. He is very meticulous in his work. Since the mosaic in our backsplash needed to be placed intermittently throughout the subway tile it required some artist skills in addition to good craftsman skills. We would use him again and have already referred him to our son who needs to retile a shower.

During March of 2020, Mr. Bill Burns began a large tiling project at our home. H was asked to tile the kitchen and foyer areas of our home. This project required Mr. Burns to tear out significant portions of the subfloor, and level areas of the floor as well. The project turned out so well that we asked Mr. Burns if he would tile our bathroom shower. This project required the tear out of our old shower, lowering the floor to increase drainage, making a shower caddy to hold our shower supplies, and designing a new entrance to the shower. We were very satisfied with the final result. We would be happy to recommend Mr. Burns to anyone wishing to improve their home with a really well crafted tiling project. Tom & Marilyn Turner

I hired Bill with Artisan Stone & Tile 4 years ago to do a back splash for my kitchen, he did a fantastic job. This year I decided to remodel my entire house, including floors, bathroom with walk in shower and redo the kitchen back splash being I was redoing the cabinets. There was no doubt who I wanted to do the tile work. Bill's attention to detail is second to none, he is a true craftsman. As we are not completely finished he has not disappointed. Bill installed tile in two bathrooms for us. The work is perfect! Bill helped every step of the way, making the process as easy as possible. The attention to detail was astounding. He left the bathrooms, as well as all work areas, cleaner than he found them. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

We hired Artisan Stone and Tile to complete a coordinating tile tub/shower surround and bathroom floor. Bill was a meticulous craftsman!! He paid attention to every detail and left the work area neat and clean every evening. He was friendly, easy to work with and made sure he achieved exactly what we had in mind...only better! I've hired Bill for 2 bath remodels and a kitchen backsplash. I consider myself an above average DIYer, but I will hire him for all future tile projects. The value he provides in his work is worth it to me. If you want a high quality job for a reasonable price, you won't find anyone better. He does not take shortcuts. He takes whatever time is necessary to do the job right. You can see it in his pictures. I had him put up some marble tile in my master bathroom. He wiped down each and every tile, looking for cracks or defects and making sure the better side was showing. His attention to detail blew me away. The transitions from wall to wall are perfect. He bookmatched the tiles whenever possible. And when not possible, he used tiles of similar color to give the appearance of bookmatching. The result was perfection. He is honest, clean, and respectful. These are important attributes in a tradesman who will be in your home for multiple days. I envy his ability to work cleanly. It was not something I had given thought to prior to hiring him, but after seeing how cleanly he works, I realize how important it is. Tile jobs take time, and you have to live with the work-in-progress. Every day, he left the garage and the work area clean. Hi minimized his impact on our daily lives. I can't imagine anyone working cleaner than Bill. Look at how he takes pictures throughout each project. That's a man who takes pride in what he does. He's not just doing a job. He's creating something. I can't recommend him enough.

Bill installed our kitchen backsplash and did fabulous work. He has such an eye for design and is a true craftsman. He's very detailed, precise and has years of experience. The insert we chose for above the range was difficult, and Bill lined everything up perfectly. We wouldn't have anyone else. He's simply the best.
