This company did do a good job getting our pool clean the first go round. It looked like a swamp, so I’ll give them their props there. However, each time after, our pool never looked clean. After being annoyed enough that the pool did not ever look clean, we got in touch with the owner. Come to find out, they didn’t know how to take care of a pool that has an ecosystem. We told them this at the beginning what kind of system it was, and it even says it on the pool pump. “ I just want to be very clear that we don’t have training or any other pools with this unit.” Exact words from the last email we received from the owner. They even used chlorine in our pool when it clearly says “100% Chlorine Free”. When I brought it to the owners attention, she said you have to put chlorine in pools. Keep in mind, they’ve never taken care of a pool with this type of system. Even the previous owners of the home said they NEVER used chlorine. We just received a bill for the final “service” they provided. If anything, we deserve a refund for the previous services.
