We are very pleased we went with AJW Landscape Design for our front yard embankment project. Andy listened to our vision and offered ideas for such a challenging area. He followed up promptly with several design plans for us to choose from as well as providing us with a set of plant cards for everything in his designs. Andy also gave us recommendations for landscape contractors and even worked with our chosen contractor by coming out and overseeing the plant and tree placement himself. The end result went beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend Andy to others.

Andy did a great job on our major re-landscaping project. He listened well to what we had in mind, brought back three basic concepts for us to choose from, then proceeded for the final hardscape layouts and planting plans. His hardscape designs were innovative, while still meeting and exceeding our initial thoughts of what we wanted. He was friendly, timely with delivery stages, and quite reasonable in fees. During the construction phase, Andy checked in regularly on progress, worked well with our contractor, then hand-picked our landscaping plants at the supplier. He then coordinated the placement of all plants with our contractor, making necessary tweaks to the plans to allow use of several of our existing plants we decided to keep. We would highly recommend AJW Landscape Design for your project, ranging from reworking of your current landscaping up to a full new design of lawn and landscaping beds to compliment your new house and neighborhood!

He did an incredible job creating plans which completely transformed our front yard. Very reasonable rates and flexible when working with us to modify the drawings.

Andy did a great job helping us put our thoughts to paper for design, plant type and placement as well as placement of stones. We love the result and have received so many compliments on our front and side yard. We will definitely contact Andy again for future projects.

Andy was very professional, but easy and fun for us to work with. In July we toured our front and back yards, discussed what worked and what didn’t work for us. Andy drew up four different landscape plans that included a new concrete walkway. We received the sample plans in a timely manner. We were able to select features we liked from the four plans and to make a few suggestions for a final plan. The concrete work took a while to complete so we didn’t get to plant until the following spring. Andy stayed with us the entire way and stopped by a few times at our request. In the spring he got the plants for us wholesale and they, too, were delivered in a timely manner. We then hired a firm to do the planting and had the whole project done by May, 2018. The front yard looks completely different and old friends have to take a second look to make sure they are at the right house. We would certainly recommend AJW Landscape Design.

Andy Wilson created an incredible landscaping design for our new home. Our property is several acres and Andy was very active and responsive in helping us plan ahead so the landscaping would blend nicely with our home and the existing natural landscape. Andy created a detailed landscaping plan with a large plant selection fit for our needs. We appreciate all of the work Andy put into our project and we would strongly recommend him to others.

We love the design that Andy Wilson provided for us for our front yard and patio. He listened to what we wanted and did a good job of addressing our needs and wants in the designs he gave us. We chose Andy because we needed a master plan to execute in stages. This kept us from making incorrect planting choices and saved money in the long run. Andy listened to our overall vision, sketched, presented us with five different drawings then allowed us to choose the features we wanted. The finished blueprint was accompanied by plant cards so it is easy to identify them in the future. He placed the plants for us to direct the landscapers. The new sidewalks, fireplace and lawn/plants are beautiful. The design process was completed in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the outcome.

We worked with Andy to design our landscaping, patio, driveway etc. Its a large area with several limitations. Andy provided us several options with very different ideas to consider before we made our final choices. Andy was easy to work with and understanding when we had delays due to a family emergency. I needed a landscape design, so I hired AJW Landscape design. It included approximately 15,000 square feet of yard, new driveway, plus an outdoor kitchen and covered patio. It looks stunning. I really appreciated the detailed suggestions for plantings. It was so helpful to have cards with a photo of each plant and then a detailed description to help make the plant selection process go smoothly.
