Arizona Rainfall

First thing to be known, Arizona Rainfall not only met expectations, but exceed them in so many ways. We found ourselves in a position with an unresponsive landscape contractor that had our deposit, but would not respond for the upcoming project. We reached out to a couple of contractors on a weekend. Left voicemails and messages through their websites, so we could be ready to go when our new home closed in two weeks. Dave at Arizona Rainfall was the first to respond, bright and early on Monday morning. We met onsite an hour later, and by the end of the day we have a detailed bid for review. Before diving in we met at their office. Turns out they are completely focused on serving homeowners in the west valley. Some of the contractors we spoke with were stretched across the valley. After personally meeting Dave, we discovered Arizona Rainfall were more than equipped to handle our project and they were able to start the Monday after closing. We experienced communication that most dream of when going through a construction project. Daily updates of what crew was coming and what was scheduled for the rest of the week. Roy, the Super on our project was fantastic. Mario, one of the crew leads spent as much time as necessary with a level to make sure our water features were perfect! I could go on to share more of the details... Oh but wait! The best part that I was curious about...I did not pay a dime, until the project was done. While others wanted as much as $25K down to hold a date that was months away. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave, Roy, Mario and the entire team at Arizona Rainfall. It is a team effort that made our house a home with some fantastic landscaping and an awesome waterfall.

Tim Brown, Superintendent Roy and their crews met and surpassed our expectations. They met the timeline, stayed on budget and avoided complications from previous contractor. I have worked with many contractors over the last 20 years in commercial construction and some residential projects. Roy rates at the top for Superintendents. When obstacles came up he was prompt, professional and had the customer needs as top priority. The workmanship by their crews was top shelf and kept the job site cleaned. I highly recommend this company. Note: I am known to be a hard to please when it comes to construction, it's great to have this company working without issue. Thanks, George and Donna Craig

First of all, I never write reviews. Second, if I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Tim Brown and Arizona Rainfall are the real deal, I’d even go as far as saying impeccable service and dedication from start to finish. Tim took our original vision up several levels, all while we stayed on budget. Communication was constant, leads always on site, the entire crew was always upbeat, courteous, and neat, and the finished project blew our minds. They also put up with our indecisiveness and numerous changes, which says a lot. We are already planning a phase two... We couldn’t be happier!

Previous owners used Arizona Rainfall for new home landscaping. We had them come and do a clean-up after our move-in and received a quote for yard maintenance. Very professional.
