Frankly, I don't make a move, when decorating or remodeling, that I don't first run it by Basma Shamoun-Miscovich and Kathryn Bailey. I've used them to decorate almost every room in my house since moving here 11 years ago. They make the perfect team as they work well so with each other. One has strong creative ideas and one keeps it real so you're never guessing how much a project is going to cost and you know it will be done beautifully. They have wonderful ideas and they have the connections and resources to make things happen. I have never been disappointed and they are always upfront with me about the cost. We have redone the basement, adding a small kitchen and furnishing, painting, and wallpapering; renovated the main kitchen completely; painted the entire house, and getting ready to do that again, redone the powder room on first floor, as well as adding draperies and blinds to different rooms in the house. I highly recommend Basma and Kathryn for all of your decorating and remodeling project. The photo of the main kitchen are before and after, the basement kitchen is after only.

I’ve worked with Bailey & Shamoun for several projects, and have many more projects in the queue! We are currently finishing up the final details in our finished basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Kathryn and Basma are true artists, and their eye for style, color, and design is stellar- I would have been completely lost without their guidance. In addition to their professional acumen, they are very personable and fun to work with. I wish I could take credit for all the “ooh’s and ah’s” my home receives when guests visit, but Bailey & Shamoun Interiors are the ones who deserve all the accolades!

I was new to the Northville area and was looking for a design firm to help me with a remodel. Bailey & Shamoun came highly recommended and after meeting with them, I decided to give them a try. I found them to be super down to earth, really comfortable to work with and they both have a great sense of style. They have been in business for 19 years for a reason. I have worked with many design firms over the years and they are by far the most professional, engaging and hard working. I give them 5 stars!
