Great experience, start to finish. Full kitchen remodel, very happy with the quality and service. Small issue with a damaged cabinet that was taken care of quickly.

We recently had two bathrooms remodeled. Marie Chelius of Baldwin Kitchen and Bath, West Reading, guided us through the selection process, and through completion of both bathrooms. Her quiet calm manner and expert advice was welcomed and deeply appreciated. Our finished projects exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with the results!

We were very fortunate to work with Kyla at Baldwin Kitchen and Bath Center in West Reading Pennsylvania. She’s a very talented designer who helped us make our choices and create a gorgeous design for our master bath and kept in contact with us constantly about what the next step was. If we contacted her with a question she returned our calls immediately. She coordinated the contractors and stayed on top of that schedule being in touch with them and us so we always knew what was happening and when it was happening. I fact we never had to ask her anything about the schedule. She demonstrates fabulous customer service which is a very high priority with us. She’s quite an asset to Baldwin kitchen and Bath Center! The main contractor Josh Hails of Hails Home Improvements who did 99% of the job did an awesome job and commented he’d be proud to show it.

Colleen helped us pick colors, patterns, and materials and we felt very confident we were not making any mistakes. The quality of materials exceeded our expectations. Josh was meticulous in his work, very friendly, and very helpful in the choices we had to make on the construction end. The end result was outstanding, and the value was very good for what we had done.

We recently had a 60-year-old bathroom remodeled. Everyone at Baldwin was so professional, and the quality of the work is excellent. Colleen listened to my description of what I wanted and selected options that really matched the style I was looking for. This really helped in the decision-making process. Josh and Nick are so skilled, and it was easy having them around the house during the reno. We are so happy with the result!

Colleen was great to work with on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Our kitchen included removing a wall and adding a small addition to the back, her design opened up the first floor and completely changed our home. Bathroom remodel knocked down a wall too, combining two small bathrooms into one large one. Couldn't be happier

I am giving my opinion from a sales representative's point of view. Lindsey and Caitlin are 2 of the most professional young women I have met in a long time. My experience with them has been wonderful from a sales representative view of they always pay attention to what I have to share with them and are very eager to learn about my product offerings. There are days when it is difficult for a sales rep to be treated with respect. It is just a pleasure to visit with this company in general and now with this addition it has been a great experience for me.

We worked with a Baldwin Kitchen and Bath Center designer, Lyndsey, to redesign our small kitchen and create a brighter space with more storage. Our kitchen is now a bright, beautiful updated space that works well for every member of our family. Josh, the contractor, has extraordinary skill and worked with us to make every detail perfect and personalized. I am in extreme perfectionist and have high expectations, all of which have been met.

Lyndsay's design was beautiful and innovative. She worked to include all of the items that I had requested in my new bathroom and did a lovely job. The contractor was very thorough, worked very cleanly, and was extremely professional. I was so pleased with the work that I hired them to do our next project with our kitchen lighting.

Baldwin Kitchen and Baths has a beautiful showroom and a professional and knowledgeable Design Staff to make all of your dreams come true wether you are remodeling your kitchen or bath; I highly recommend these folks!
