My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bare Renovations has been a family owned and operated business in the greater New York area for over 40 years. The business was founded in 1973 and there has been continuity in our family since it’s conception. Our success in the construction and real estate industry is well known and I am continuing along in this family tradition. I am proud to say that our reputation remains solid, as our prices and quality have consistently been competitive throughout the years. We service all construction needs. From work as simple as painting a room, to a complete renovation project. We accommodate any size job from small private apartments/homes to new development projects. We work with many real estate companies, contractors, interior designers, architects and home owners throughout the tri-state area to fulfill their construction needs. My wife and I are new homeowners in Westchester, and we had a pleasant experience working with Richard, Miguel and the rest of his team on our basement remodeling project. We remodeled our entire basement, from demoing walls to ensure an open space, installing wood vinyl flooring, tiling an entire bathroom, and creating a brand-new bar area (from the bare bones of a wet bar left over from the previous owner. Throughout this entire process the Bare team was very easy to communicate with. We knew next to nothing about remodeling and they were very patient providing an easy learning experience and recommendations as the project moved along.

We are new homeowners, and we had a great experience working with Rich and his team on our remodeling projects. Not only did we remodel four bathrooms, but we also had projects like installing a kitchen hood, speaker system, and kitchen cabinet for trash. We were happy with the results--the tiling work was particularly excellent--but more importantly, we were happy with the process! They were professional and fair, and always easy to reach. They took feedback very easily and answered all our questions. In our case, we hired our own interior designer, and Rich's team was able to coordinate everything with her so that we only had to make decisions that mattered to us.

These guys were very professional and took great care in turning my 1980's kitchen into something more modern and beautiful. The whole thing took about 8 days and will last forever. The price and time frame was great. The crew was amazing and if your looking to get out the old and into the new i recommend them.

All I can say is wow. These guys did a fantastic job. We needed our bathroom redone. My wife just hated it. Bare Renovations were clear from the get go as to what we should expect, how long it would take and what the results would look like. It came beautiful. My wife and I could be more thrilled about it. They were skillful and answered all the questions throughout the process. My wife was very nit picky and wanted to observe much of the time. They were respectful of our wishes and worked with us. I highly recommend these guys.
