5 out of 5 Completely Satisfied With Bay State Solar Solutions I was thinking of going solar and met with a few different Solar companies. Bay State Solar Solutions had the best installation cost and provided me with the most information about incentives and credits. Mike Goulart sales Mgr. handled my system and was always responsive, upfront, and easy to approach. No matter how simple or detailed of a question Mike had or got the answer to me quickly he was great to work with. The installation team was great they worked very safely and kept things clean and neat. I am very happy with system installation looks. Throughout the whole installation everyone was great. I even had the owner Phil McCarron come by and see how the installation was going. He provided some input which I was so pleased because it kept the install very neat and clean. It was always a pleasure to call the office with any questions Angelina was a pleasure to talk to they handle everything promptly. My whole experience was great I am so glad that I went Bay State Solar Solutions. I highly recommend them to any one that wants Solar. My system was up and running in the time frame that they had said I was amazed how quickly and simple it was on my end. I signed a few papers and I had solar energy.

I would HIGHLY recommend Bay State Solar solutions. They are a RARE group of individuals that are there to HELP if there is any issue at all. Customer service is their main event. They are GREAT to do business with. Karen Esposito and Mike visited me a couple of times and Karen went out of her way to stop in and talk to me. Things she could have done in the mail, she instead came to my house to help me with. They explained the numbers to me and gave me all the information I needed. As an engineer I needed to "check" and do my own research. Sorry but I don't trust anyone. I didn't trust Karen or Mike either - UNTIL - I did my own homework and found them to be ON TARGET. They KNOW what they are talking about. Also, they don't heap on a lot of hype, they just tell the REAL DEAL. If you want to know how it all work, WHO you GONNA CALL - Call Karen. Working with Bay State solar was a great experience. Our sales man Mike Goulart was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. Communication with the office and sales was second to none. Overall we are very happy with everything and would refer this company to anyone that is interested in solar.

We Contacted Michael Goulart for a presentation and met with us four or five times and we have a very good experience from the beginning, their price was competitive to other companies out there and on the personal level he was wonderful. We were concerned with the color of the clips and they came and painted them to match the panels. something they did not have to do but did anyways to please us. This is the kind of customer service and personal touch that you get working with Bay State Solar. the communication between us and them was exceptional through out the whole project. And last but not least we would highly recommend Bay State Solar for your Solar panel experience.

After having a couple of other businesses give me estimates on my solar panel job, Bay State Solar Solutions was a breath of fresh air. Unlike other companies that are now trying to back you into a 10 year solar panel pay off, Bay State had an estimated payback (after SRecs, tax refund, and utility savings) in 5 years or less. From my understanding there is a lot of engineering and permitting that has to take place so that makes the process longer than a typical house project. However they are very good at answering questions and letting you know where they are in the process. They also upgraded my panels for no charge because the ones they originally proposed were no longer available. Customer service seems to be their focus and they are willing to eat some cost or go the extra mile to make their customer happy. I am glad I went with this local company and not one of those national chains that outsource everything. The quality of workmanship was phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone (actually, I already have to friends and family).

I really can’t say enough good things about Bay State Solar. I hired them to install solar panels at my house back in September and the project was completed in December. From start to finish the team at Bay State provided top level technical knowledge and unparalleled communication. As an electrical engineer by trade, I was intrigued with the potential of going solar, but would only do so if it made significant financial sense. I started the process by speaking with multiple leasing companies, but soon became intrigued with how these companies were making their money. I quickly learned that, with government incentives, I could justify the cost of purchasing my own solar system. This introduced the potential to make money, opposed to saving a couple of bucks with one of the various leasing options. I discovered, with assistance from Bay State, that if I purchased the system it would pay for itself in 4.5 years, eliminate electric bills and provide additional profits though State and Federal tax credits and SRECs. My solar project will actually provide me with a profit of about $13K over 10 years without factoring in free electricity from the day the system got turned on. Bay State Solar really did all the work from start to finish. This includes obtaining the required permits and permissions, completing all paper work, installing the system, coordinating with Eversource to get the system turned on, literally everything. The installation team that arrived onsite were very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I had a couple of specific requests with regards to the installation all of which were executed without issue. My job requires me to work with contractors on a daily basis and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with an organization than I have been with Bay State Solar. The level of support and communication was phenomenal and made this project a pleasure. Anyone contemplating installing a solar system on their home or business should contact Bay State Solar before going with anyone else.

Bay State Solar offers a really good product with outstanding service and professionalism. They presented many options very clearly and helped me decide on one in a very professional manner. I can't wait for the project to be done, but so far, 5 stars.
