Absolutely amazing work! They were the only contractor to show up on initial meeting with architect. Their proposal was submitted quickly and was very detailed. Our project was a whole house remodel, thru COVID and 100% remote. They kept us up to date with pictures and FaceTime calls. No corners were cut, any issues were quickly taken care of without fuss. The quality of work was exceptional.

I engaged BC5 Construction to do a complete remodel of my large master bathroom. Amir was a pleasure to work with; very efficient and detail oriented. He has a great style ability - I wanted ultra modern , and he certainly delivered. The bathroom is beautiful! I would definitely work with him again on future projects.

BC5 construction worked on the renovation of our condo unit: new flooring, new bathrooms, new kitchen: the complete job. They did a wonderful job and I am very happy despite the fact that all the work was done while we were away. The best part is that when we returned Amir was more than agreeable to fix a few small items that I wanted done despite the fact that he had been paid in full. He keeps saying that he wants me to be happy. Amir clearly takes pride in the work he and his company does. I highly recommend him.

I engaged BC5 on a friend's recommendation who had used them for several condo renovations. Amir gave a fairly detailed quote and after several walkthroughs, I chose him and BC5 for a master bedroom and bathroom full renovation (floor, walls, vanities, tub, and shower). The best things about Amir and his crew wasn't the attention to detail (which was great), nor the tendency to go above and beyond (coming over early, late, short notice if needed, accommodate schedules, etc). The best part was Amir's personal thoughts on the design, colors, finishes, etc. Without him, the project would not have come out as beautiful as it did. And, his crew is great as well. Alejandro in particular was trustworthy, friendly, and professional. If you're doing a project, you need to call BC5 and give them the opportunity.

I must admit that it's been difficult to find good contractors since relocating to Florida but finally I hit the jackpot! I first hired Amir of Better Contractors over a year ago at the recommendation of a property manager I trusted. Amir completely renovated a 2 bedroom condo within a very tight time frame. His crew always showed up on time & did an excellent job. I was so happy with the job that I hired him a second time to renovate my personal residence. His workers are all reliable, responsible and very talented. My new master bedroom is gorgeous. Amir even helped me with the design of the new fireplace adding a nice but simple flair that really pulled things together. I will be hiring him again to put in a new master bathroom and I can hardly wait to see how stunning that turns out.

We did a $70,000 renovation of our newly purchased house with Bc5. The renovation was a complete re-do of the entire interior of the house (flooring, baseboards, paint, kitchen, bathrooms,), as well as some major structural changes. They removed a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen to the main family room, which included architectural and engineering plans. They also put up a new wall to close off a room, changed plumbing in the kitchen to move the kitchen sink, changed plumbing in the master bathroom to build a new shower, installed new LED-recessed lighting in a main room with 20’ ceilings, and put in new recessed lighting in the kitchen. The reason that we chose Bc5 (after interviewing 6 others) is that Amir (the owner) was able to clearly explain the work, estimate the costs (incl. a detailed budget), and estimate the timeframes including the timing to get permits approved with the county. Amir is very professional and organized, and that is why we chose his company. One of the things that we really liked about Bc5 is that all of the costs are discussed upfront, and it is known what you are paying for. Amir could purchases materials for you, or you purchase the materials yourself. In either case, they were not going to make any markup on the materials. This was a very good arrangement. After now having all of the work completed, we can honestly say that we are extremely pleased with the workmanship that was done in our house. Our house is 20 years old, but it looks like an entirely brand new house. The quality of the work is due to the attention to detail and strive for customer satisfaction that Amir has. He has a good team that supports him on all aspects of the project, but he is ultimately the one that signs off on all of the work. In addition, Amir is always looking out for his customers whether it’s help with another small project around the house or anything else that might be needed. We would definitely use Bc5 again in the future, and most likely will for our next house or investment property.

I would recommend you call them now for any work you need done! They were a pleasure to work with. Mark and Amir were very helpful and patient dealing with the bank. You see we had a renovation loan when we bought our first home. It was quite the stressful situation. But they were great! Going above and beyond our every expectation!! Or home is officially a home thanks to their timely and professional work! I would call them again and again for any work that may come up in the future!!

Amir and Better Contractor provide the complete renovation of our Miami Penthouse. Amir paid incredible attention to every minor detail from start to finis. We bought a Penthouse that had a traditional look to it, and wanted to create a modern, contemporary breathtaking feel. Amirs' ideas and guidance gave us our dream penthouse. Completely remodeled entire condo with the exception of master bath shower and guest bathtub. This included a new kitchen, new flooring, walls, closets, doors, etc. Amir provided professional service, was on time with project and within budget. He was willing to work with the problems encountered and found solutions. He also returned phone calls and was very involved with his men on the job. I highly recommend his work.
